Quick Thoughts on 'Tyson'

I finally got a chance to watch James Toback's Tyson and, in short, it is a remarkable documentary. I'll save the rest of my commentary for my review that I will post this weekend, but I just wanted to put forth my enthusiasm for the film as quickly as possible. This is a film that really deserves to be seen, so be sure to head over to Netflix right away and add it to your queue.

wow, really? After seeing him on Oprah, it definitely piqued my interest.

@ Candice: I would definitely give it a shot. One thing to note however is that the film was released before the tragic death of his daughter -- which was mentioned in the Oprah interview -- so that is not discussed in the film.

I haven't seen The Cove yet, but Tyson has my money for best documentary of the year.

@ James D.: I haven't seen The Cove either. I've heard great things about it, but for right now Tyson is easily the best doc I've seen this year. It's even one of the best films I've seen this year.
